Coffee can cut risk of developing Type 2 diabetes

Drinking 3 to 4 cups coffee a day can cut the risk of developing type 2 diabetes according to a new study.
2 compounds can contribute to health benefit namely cafestol and caffeic acid.These increase insulin secretion when glucose is added.Cafestol increased glucose uptake in muscle cells.According to lead researcher Siren Gregersen from Aarhus University Hospital in Denmark, cafestol's dual benefits make it a good candidate for Type 2 diabetes treatment and prevention. Several lifestyle risk factors are linked to diabetes development but coffee prevents onset of this disease.

Most often people want to send resume and other files on a fixed time so that their email is on top in inbox. This can be done by schedule email.User will have to attach 'write inbox' to their gmail account. To set time for sending message go to 'send later' below 'send now'.By feeding date and time the email will be sent from your account on that date and time.

How to stop email even after 30 seconds?

This is possible by undo option.
To activate this feature, user will have to click gear box to go to setting in gmail.Then click 'general' option above.After that click 'undo' option at the bottom.On clicking it, this feature is on.Apart from this you can set time in undo option between 5 to 30 seconds.
